“TED LASSO” TRIVIA

TRIVIA. IT’S A BIG WORD. ASK ONE OF YOUR DAUGHTERS WHAT IT MEANS.

Are you ready to go down to the bar and take to the Trivia field and answer questions from our “Ted Lasso Trivia”? No, you’re not. Because in England, we call a “bar” a “pub,” a “field” a “pitch,” use “Trifles” instead of “Trivia,” and say “probsies,” not “questions.” You’re not in Kansas anymore.

So you may feel a bit out of your element while playing Trivia Mafia’s “Ted Lasso” Trifles, but that’s OK. You’ll get the feel for it once you learn the rules — for example: we don’t do ties here. Once you do, you’ll win over the press, your players, and the owner of your team club, and help those young folks be the best versions of themselves on and off the pitch.

THE FIRST RULE OF MY FIGHT CLUB: NO FIGHT CLUB

• Trivia starts promptly on time, so make sure to get to your location a bit early and engage in the classic icebreaker: First Concert, Best Concert.

• Teams are limited to six — so you and five contestants from “Lust Conquers All.”

• All of our locations use the Trivia Mafia App for running theme nights, so bring a fully-charged phone or you’ll find yourself benched midway through the game.

• While training does make perfect, the same questions will run at all locations, so if you try to double-dip you’ll be as disappointed as Ted drinking a cup of tea. Garbage water.

• Use your noodle, not your Google. All cheaters will be called out for being wankers.
